Brain and Mind Clinic brings holistic Mental Health care under one roof for the first time in Kalyani, Nadia district of West Bengal. Spearheaded by the dynamic, academic and an astute clinician and neuropsychiatrist, Dr. Kaustav Chakraborty, Brain and Mind Clinic aims to provide quality treatment for mental disorders. He is ably supported by his better half, Dr. Moumita Chatterjee, a general physician par excellence who looks after the physical health care needs of the patients.

Brain and Mind Clinic provides solutions for all kind adult mental health problems e.g. schizophrenia, depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorders, sexual disorders, sleep disorders and many others. The clinic also caters to children and adolescent patients suffering from a variety of mental health conditions e.g. autism spectrum disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorders, intellectual disability, conduct disorder, specific learning disability/ dyslexia, nocturnal enuresis, tic disorders and many other conditions. Brain and Mind Clinic provides treatment for mental health issues in elderly people e.g. dementia, Parkinson’s disease, post stroke psychosis and depression. We also treat patients with various kinds of psychoactive substance use e.g. alcohol, nicotine, cannabis, heroin among others.

The Clinical Psychology team at Brain and Mind Clinic does various kinds of psychometric tests e.g. IQ test, Rorschach test, personality assessment and others. We excel in providing counselling services for individual patients, marital/ couple therapy, family therapy and group therapy. Our experienced psychologists also do crisis intervention for patients with active suicidal intent. They also provide career counselling.

We have provisions for special education for children in need e.g. patients with autism spectrum disorders, dyslexia and mental retardation. Our team also provides speech therapy, dietary & nutritional advice, and Yoga therapy.
